We support you through ensuring great supervision.
Below is an example of how we show inter-rated agreements between supervisor and supervisee, straight from the premium subscription of the most advanced Fieldwork Experience & Monitoring System® (FEMS®). Each party will have to fill out a form on how well a supervising session went and what was gone over. Where the two disagree is shown in red below, along with an individual rating on the right hand side. We want to ensure that you get the training that you deserve.
Market Yourself For Your Future Needs
Just because you learn something in class, does not mean that experiences will always come out the same way you intend.
Don't be a mushy analyst.
Oftentimes when we are taught a subject in school, once in the field, those without experience can have a hard time identifying goals that are necessary to succeed with a patient.
For instance, we are taught how to conduct a behavioral interview, but it is much more than using the functional assessment screening tool (Fast) and calling it a day. You must know how to analyze the situation and its components similar to a chef.
When cooking, food can come out differently than what you intend. Even if you follow a recipe. Same recipes, different outcomes.
Why?
There are many different factors that may trip up the chef if they have no experience dealing with them:
- Altitude
- Appliance functionality
- Meat thickness
Bottom line
Don’t be a mushy analyst. Just because you read or learn something in a class, does not mean that experiences will always come out the same way that you intend.
Experience is important to track.
Our system gives you a global perspective of training given or provided to help identify the appropriate level of support needed.
